Therapists focus on different issues and outcomes than a coach, namely healing what is hurt and fixing what is broken. As a Christian pastor-coach, I'll guide your pastor to explore, grow, and make decisions around whatever topic or challenge your pastor chooses. It's fun and invigorating, often exactly what a pastor needs for moving forward.

Absolutely. All you have to do is tell me not to tell your pastor about you. However, your pastor might be suspicious if they don't know who gave them a coaching gift. We pastors aren't always secure and confident. I'd encourage you to explain you gave this gift because you know your pastor values learning, growth, and self-development. Plus, it's better than a coffee mug.
